At We Build, we have implemented an easy 3 step process to help you navigate your building journey from start to finish.

Whether you are:

- just starting to look at designing your dream home;
- thinking about a possible renovation, but don't know where to start;
- have an idea of what you would like to achieve, but don't know how to implement it; or
- have plans drafted and are in the market for the right licensed builder,
our team at We Build are here to help!
Design
This is where we meet with you to discuss your building goals, understand your needs and learn your design aspirations. We will work through your initial design to provide you with a cost-free estimate, so that there are no scary surprises.
We are able to put you in touch with our fantastic network of associates to cover any engineering, drafting or architectural requirements you may have, to assist you in achieving your desired result.
Plan
During this phase we will finalise:

Coordinate with key stakeholders to confirm the finalisation of plans and engineering details needed to provide you with a detailed quote.

Address any outstanding council approvals or other certification requirements.
Following this, we will develop the most efficient construction schedule to ensure your build is completed with minimal hassle.
Build
This is where the fun begins!
Our licensed builder Will Arnott, will work with our team of expert tradespeople to bring your dreams to life!
You will be provided with a dedicated point of contact, who will assist you throughout the entire building process and keep you up to date and informed until your home is complete. All that’s left to do is enjoy your newly finished build!
